At the end of the rental period, 100% rental security will be returned to the customer on the following conditions:

The dress has no stains, tears, signs of overstretching or any other type of damage

In case of late cancellation, rental security will be deducted as follows:



After free cancellation period - 10% of the rental fee

After 24 hours of free cancellation period - 15% of the rental fee

After 48 hours of free cancellation period - 20% of the rental fee

After 72 hours of free cancellation period - 25% of the rental fee

Afterward the deductions will increase by 10% of the rental fee per day



No refund will be provided incase of cancellation before 24 hours of the beginning of the rental period.

Delivery costs will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
